Q. How do I redeem a Love2shop Reward Code?
A. Simply go to and follow the instructions on the logon page for how to unlock thousands of rewards online.

Q. Which gifts are available online?
A. We continually add to our extensive reward catalogue, but currently we have over 50+ E-codes, 70+ vouchers & gift cards (including our Love2shop Voucher with over 100 UK brands on one voucher), plus over 10,000 additional gifts; hampers, wines, flowers, gadgets and much more. Available gift categories may differ depending on who issued your Reward Code.

Q. Is there a minimum/maximum redemption value?
A. The Love2shop Reward Code has a minimum value of £5, but there is no limit to what you can spend or redeem.

Q. How long is a Love2shop Reward Code valid for?
A.  Love2shop Reward Codes are valid for either 6 months or 12 months from the date of issue. Please email [email protected] or check the email that you received the code on for expiry date information.

Q. Can I add cash to my purchase?
A. You cannot add your own cash to purchase more E-codes or physical gift cards or vouchers, but you can topup your funds using your own credit/debit card for other gifts.

Q. If I redeem a retailer voucher, physical gift card or E-code can I spend in-store and online?
A. All retailers are different, some are instore or online only, some are both! To see where each E-code can be spent please review the specific retailer/product page when browsing the catalogue. The information will clearly state where each E-code can be spent.

Q. Can I spend my Love2shop Reward Code in-store?
A. No. You can however use your Love2shop Reward Code to purchase a Love2shop Voucher or Love2shop Gift Card which can be accepted by many leading high street retailers.  

Q. Do I have to spend all of my code at once?
A. No. You can return to the site to spend any Love2shop Reward Code balance you may have.

Q. How many products can I order?
A. The Reward code does not limit the number of retail brands or gifts you can select.

Q. Do retailers’ gift cards and Love2shop Vouchers/Cards expire?
A. This varies by retailer, but typically they are valid between 12 and 24 months. Check each retailer’s product and information page to find clear instruction regarding expiry.

Q. Do I have to pay postage?
A. There are no additional postage or fulfilment fees.

Q. I want to purchase an item from the Other Gifts section. What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
A. Orders received by 16:00 for in stock products will be despatched same day for next working day delivery.

Q. What happens if I lose my Love2shop Reward Code?
A. To report a lost reward code, please email [email protected] and provide the email address that the reward code was initially sent to, along with the name of the company who provided your reward. If your reward code has been issued directly to you by your employer or another company, please contact them directly.

Q. The website is telling me my code is invalid?
A. If your code is still not working please please contact us using the online contact form.

Q. I haven’t received my reward
A. All vouchers, gift cards and physical gifts ordered are issued by post; method of delivery will depend on the value of your order. Delivery is typically within 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 28 days on voucher/card orders.  If you haven’t received your vouchers after this time please email providing your order confirmation and delivery address to [email protected] Receipt of an E-code can take upto 3 hours depending on demand, but typically within a few minutes. Please ensure to check your spam folder before contacting Sales Support at [email protected]  For physical gift orders (flowers, hampers, etc) placed before 16:00 Monday – Friday, you will receive your gift the next working day. If you haven’t received your gift please email [email protected] along with your order number and full address details..

Q. I am having difficulties using my Love2shop reward code
A. To report any difficulties with your selected E-code please email [email protected] and provide the brand of E-code and an order number if possible.

Q. I am having difficulties using my E-code
A. To report any difficulties with your Love2shop reward code please email [email protected] and provide details of the problems you are encountering.

Q. How long does it take to receive an E-code
A. Receipt of an E-code can take upto 3 hours depending on demand.
