A. Enter your 14 digit reward code including any hyphens, hit enter and you’ll then be presented with the available balance you have to spend and the gifts for you to choose from. Select which one you want and the value and then order to your email or delivery address
Q. Which gifts can I choose?
A. We continually add to our extensive reward catalogue. Currently we have over 50+ digital E-gift cards, 20+ physical gift cards including the popular Love2shop Gift Card, which offers more than 90 in-store brands on one card, plus over 100 additional gifts; hampers, flowers and much more. Which items are available to you may depend on who issued your reward code. For instance, your issuer may have removed certain brands, or removed physical products like gift cards.
Q. Is there a minimum/maximum redemption value?
A. Love2shop Reward Codes have a minimum value of £5. The maximum redemption value may be restricted by the by the retailer. Please check the retailer Terms and Conditions against each of the products.
Q. How long is a Love2shop Reward Code valid for?
A. Love2shop Reward Codes are valid for either 6 months or 12 months from the date of issue. Please check the email that you received the code on for expiry date information.
Q. Can I add cash to my purchase?
A. You cannot add your own cash to purchase more E-gift cards or physical gift cards but you may be able to top-up your funds using your own credit/debit card for other gifts. Please check Terms and Conditions.
Q. If I redeem my reward code for a physical gift card, or e-gift card, can I spend it in-store and online?
A. All retailers are different. Some may be online only; some in-store only and some may offer both choices. Check the product description or Terms and Conditions when redeeming your reward code for more details.
Q. Can I spend my Love2shop Reward Code in-store?
A. No. You can however use your Love2shop Reward Code to purchase Love2shop Gift Card which can be accepted by many leading high street retailers.
Q. Do I have to spend all of my code at once?
A. No. You can return to the site to spend any reward code balance you may have.
Q. How many products can I order?
A. The Reward code does not limit the number of retail brands or gifts you can select.
Q. Do e-gift cards and physical gift cards expire?
A. A. This varies by retailer but typically, they are valid between 12 and 24 months. Check each retailer’s product and information page including Terms and Conditions to check.
Q. Do I have to pay postage?
A. There are no additional postage or fulfilment fees.
Q. I want to purchase an item from the Other Gifts section. What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
A. Orders received by 16:00 for in stock products will be despatched same day for next working day delivery.
Q. What happens if I lose my Love2shop Reward Code?
A. To report a lost reward code, please contact whoever issued it to you i.e. your employer or the company.
Q. The website is telling me my code is invalid?
A. If you cannot use your code, please Contact Us.
Q. I haven’t received my reward
A. All physical gift cards gifts ordered are issued by post; postage method will depend on the value of your order. Delivery is typically within 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 28 days. Delivery of an E-gift card can take up to 3 hours depending on demand, but typically within a few minutes. If you haven’t received your physical or e-gift card, please Contact Us.
For physical gift orders (flowers, hampers, etc) placed before 16:00 Monday – Friday, you will receive your gift the next working day. If you haven’t received your gift order please email [email protected] along with your order number and full address details.
Q. I am having difficulties using my E-gift card
A. To report any difficulties with your selected E-code please Contact Us and provide the brand of E-gift card and your order number along with any error messages visible to you on the retailers website
