Clay Pigeon Shooting for One

Clay pigeon shooting is the art - and Olympic sport - of shooting at special flying targets. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced shot, test your aim and accuracy at one of the several shooting grounds across the country. Receive coaching suitable for the novices handling a gun for the first time, to the pro’s looking to perfect their shot. Feel the adrenaline of shooting moving targets, while in a safe environment and under the supervision of trained professionals. You will be given all the necessary training from seasoned shooters before you step up to try it for yourself. Clay pigeon shooting is enjoyed by men and women of all ages across the UK, find the location closest to you and try your hand at the sport.

• Full training from an experienced instructor

On arrival at the venue you will be met by your instructor from whom you will receive full, thorough instruction on how to use the equipment. You will be given your gun and ear protection and then taken to the clay pigeon site.

Throughout the clay pigeon shooting session you will receive guidance so you can improve with every shot. The session will conclude with a debriefing of your lesson and some handy tips from your instructor should you wish to carry on with the sport.

• Minimum age: 16 (under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
• Surrey - Woking - Please note, a weekend booking needs to be a minimum group of 2 at this location
• If you suffer from any illness or medical condition that may affect you during this experience you must discuss this with the centre before booking
• Pregnant women and people suffering from back problems would be discouraged from taking part as the guns are quite heavy and there is sometimes a kick back when fired
• Family and friends are more than welcome to come along and watch, free of charge
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location
• Most centres are open all year round from 10.00 to 17.00. Occasional Bank Holidays and weekends are unavailable – please check with the venue on booking.
