VMB has worked with Simply Thank You for around 4 years now. Initially we were looking for a reward mechanism that gave our people a great, customer centric choice when it came to redeeming prizes that we had awarded them.

From the very start our people loved the wide range of options that they could choose from, making them feel like we were personalising their rewards. We always heard fantastic feedback from our people on the ease and speed at which they could start to enjoy their rewards.

Since then we have strengthened our relationship with Simply Thank You into a true partnership.
Now, we not only use STY as a reward mechanism, but they are truly part of our recognition programme. We have almost doubled the amount of people we now reward in VMB due to the popularity and engagement with our recognition and reward programme. With STY's help we have also seamlessly integrated our nomination and redemption processes into one digital platform, that looks on brand, functions perfectly and is available to our people 24/7.

We've not only seen an increase in the amount of people that we recognise, but also the amount of people that are nominated for awards -- last year (2016/17) we saw a 47% increase in nominations. Something that would not have been achieved without STY.

 We use Simply Thank You because we needed an appropriate, sensitive and customer centric alternative to cash when resolving complaints, and service recovery has been so successful we're now starting to use ARK. We started the service recovery program with just 3 departments, but as customer compliments rolled in, other departments were beating down my door to sign up. Now we've rolled it out across the Society, and we get great emotional responses for customers by phone, email and on social media.
